Sunshine is approximately a 21 year old palomino mare. She was donated to Equine Recline
when her owner could no longer ride her due to lameness issues. She has settled in very quickly
and is such a happy little horse that we are calling her Sunshine. Should she find a name that she
likes better, then her name will be changed, but for right now it seems to fit her.

August 20, 2007: Sunshine is back. Which has made Maverick extremely happy.

September 20, 2006: Sunshine has found a new home where she is currently being fostered!

August 15, 2006: The vet found that Sunshine has arthritis in her left shoulder. Right now she is
still lame, but we are hoping with herbs, supplements, and acupressure, we might be able to get
her comfortable enough that she could enjoy some light riding and find a wonderful new home.

July 13, 2006: Sunshine's rehabilitation, is progressing very well. Treatment from a massage
therapist is proving to help with her lameness issues. We are absolutely thrilled with her
improvement and will keep posting more pictures and information on her as time goes on.
