Saturday was the launch of the Hunks and Horses Calendar put out by the Swingin’ SaddleBabes. Some of the farriers will be at the events to autograph copies. This coming up weekend they’ll be at the Desert Thunder Pro Rodeo. Maverick got his shoes reset today. We are extremely pleased with how well these plastic horseshoes have held up. While we’d read the Ground Control website that people have been able to reset them 2 or even 3 times, we were rather sceptical. But sure enough we were able to reset them. His hoof growth is continuing without an issues.
